This is made with an 8inch piece of acrylic. It’s hand painted, glittered and sealed. The lights are attached and the battery pack is on the back so you can change them out as needed. Come with a hanging chain and hanging suction cup. This is sealed and water proof, however it is a hand made item, so the weather can mess with the life of it.
