These are around 12x13. They are cotton and very sturdy. The bags are made for carrying groceries so they are able to carry weight with no issue. My kids use them for dance bags and everyday totes to take things to school and they will be using them for trick or treating. The lettering on the bag is all outlined in glow in the dark vinyl, so little will be seen if using for trick or treating :)
